Job summary

Lhoist North America is seeking a Production Manager to oversee day-to-day plant operations, safety performance, and cost control. You will lead a team across production, maintenance, quality, and compliance, ensuring safe and efficient operations while driving continuous improvement.

Responsibility includes developing strategic plans, meeting KPI targets, and coordinating with the Plant Manager to deliver results. Strong leadership and Lean Six Sigma experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience developing and leading teams in plant environments.
• Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe, efficient, and economical operation of the plant.
• Balance production and maintenance to meet KPI targets (mining, production, quality, cost).
• Develop and implement strategic plans; monitor monthly/annual results.
• Lead plant communications with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
