Responsibilities

• Manage production, maintenance, scheduling and shipping with safety as a priority.
• Ensure safety rules and procedures are followed and documented.
• Direct supervisors to meet production schedules, quality and safety standards.
• Maintain plant cleanliness and organize work areas.
• Oversee employee performance, training and discipline with the General Manager.
