Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• 3-5 years of experience as a production supervisor or manager.
• Experience in the corrugated packaging industry highly preferred.
• Full-time role in a manufacturing plant/warehouse setting.
• Strong safety focus and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Plant Manager with safety, quality, housekeeping and efficiency in production, scheduling & shipping.
• Lead and motivate production supervisors; coordinate with customer service, design and sales.
• Enforce safety rules and manage documentation, waste tracking and quality programs.
• Coordinate with maintenance to support production and equipment usage.
• Drive inventory control, schedule adherence and on-time deliveries.
• Develop improvement plans and mentor subordinates for growth.
