Responsibilities

• Follow and enforce established safety rules, policies and procedures.
• Maintain OSHA regulatory compliance across programs and operations.
• Direct production, maintenance and shipping teams to meet schedules and quality targets.
• Ensure safety documentation is recorded, retained, and updated.
• Oversee plant cleanliness and orderly work areas.
• Staff, train and mentor supervisors and management for new responsibilities.
• Drive inventory management and monitor purchasing and cost control.
