Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee all aspects of plant operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, ensuring safety, and fostering continuous improvement through Lean principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams to achieve targets for Daily Production, Quality, Labor Efficiency, and adherence to the Operating System.
  • Interpret and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Champion Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain a safe workplace through employee involvement.
  • Investigate injuries and support corrective actions.
  • Inspect products for specification compliance; analyze non-conformances and implement corrective measures.
  • Recommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
  • Ensure accurate completion of all reporting formats and paperwork.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy of raw materials in the area.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (heavy industry and maintenance supervision preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage and develop staff.
  • Demonstrated leadership within cross-functional plant operations teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to link financial results to operational performance drivers.
  • Excellent planning, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
