SRM Concrete is seeking a Plant Manager to lead and develop a high-performing plant team. You will drive operational excellence, optimize daily operations, and ensure safe, high-quality concrete deliveries while delivering exceptional service to customers.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, load planning, route optimization, and collaboration with drivers, dispatch, and sales. Emphasis on safety, continuous improvement, and profitability within a dynamic, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a plant/operations setting.
• Experience in logistics, plant operations, or distribution.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards for transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant team to achieve operational excellence and deliver outstanding service.
• Oversee daily plant operations: scheduling, load planning, and route optimization.
• Collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and sales to exceed customer expectations.
• Monitor metrics to assess plant efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Maintain safety compliance and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and address challenges.
• Develop relationships with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members for seamless operations.
• Participate in budgeting and strategic planning to improve plant profitability.
