Qualifications

• Ten years of power industry or directly related industrial experience, including at least five years in management.
• Strong safety and environmental leadership skills.
• Understanding of power plant O&M, engineering, contracts and plant business functions.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local regulatory agencies.
• Ability to plan and direct varied, complex programs and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant operations, maintenance and engineering staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Make major operating and maintenance decisions.
• Manage budgets, expenditures and staffing within approved guidelines.
• Coordinate with O&M contracts and supply agreements.
• Maintain training and communication programs at the plant.
