Acme Brick Company is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee machines and staff in our Texas plant. You will coordinate daily production, ensure safety compliance, and support operations with a flexible, proactive approach.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years manufacturing experience, strong teamwork, and proficiency with MS Office. You will establish procedures, drive efficiency, and collaborate with management to meet schedules and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Suggests changes in conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crew.
• Recommends and implements new procedures.
• Confers with other supervisors/management to coordinate activities of department
• Ensure department and workplace safety by adhering to all federal, state, local, and Acme Brick Company policies and procedures.
• Analyze and resolve work problems, or assist associates in solving work related problems.

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Summary

We are seeking a “best in class” Production Supervisor that supervises and coordinates activities of subordinate associates engaged in operating various machines to manufacture products. Oversees the daily production activities of a plant or department. The ideal candidate has a natural ability to roll with the punches, being flexible to handle anything that might come their way. You will be a strong and reliable support to company operations.Not only will your efforts allow us to achieve organizational efficiency, you will nurture the pleasant work environment our people love.
