Formación

• 5+ years of plant/operations management experience.
• Hands-on management style with strong interpersonal skills.
• Electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical aptitude required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Direct day-to-day plant operations for 10–15 employees.
• Assist in managing operational costs and safety compliance.
• Review production reports on inventory levels, safety, and costs.
• Lead capital projects from planning to scheduling and execution.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate, and discipline staff.
• Coordinate maintenance of plant equipment and preventative programs.
• Oversee purchasing, storage, and use of supplies.
• Ensure security of company property and equipment.
