Job summary

Jobot seeks an experienced Plant Superintendent in Concord, NH, to lead day‑to‑day manufacturing operations within a large global industrial organization. You will oversee production scheduling, safety, quality, and workforce development, guiding teams to meet customer delivery expectations.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10+ years in manufacturing, with supervisory experience and strong skills in LEAN, cost control, and continuous improvement. Travel to other sites may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive manufacturing experience, with supervisory/leadership experience.
• Experience in LEAN and continuous improvement programs.
• Ability to manage safety, quality, productivity, cost, and on‑time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and direct activities of manufacturing personnel across the plant.
• Own production scheduling and ensure alignment with customer delivery requirements.
• Communicate production schedules, capacity, and lead times with customer-facing teams.
• Help hire, develop, evaluate, and cross-train direct labor employees.
