Job summary

ANDRITZ Plant Concord, NH seeks a Plant Superintendent to oversee daily operations, schedule production, ensure delivery, safety, quality and efficiency. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will coordinate manufacturing personnel and prioritize resources to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities include directing labor, maintaining cross-training, communicating schedules to customer service, supervising direct labor, controlling cost and quality, and coordinating capital projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing teams in a plant setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with standard office software (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
• Occasional travel is required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages, directs, and controls activities for all manufacturing personnel.
• Schedules all production activities and communicates lead times to customer service.
• Hires direct labor and maintains cross-training matrix.
• Ensures product delivery, quality, and cost performance.
• Oversees capital projects and sites with other plants as needed.
• Travels to client sites or other Andritz facilities as required.
