Job summary

AME is seeking a leader to assist the Plant Manager in directing all plant operations, including production, safety, maintenance, and staffing. You will drive efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery while coordinating with planning, customer service and logistics to meet customer needs.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least five years of supervisory manufacturing experience. Strong leadership, bilingual Spanish desired, and proficient MS Office skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, or electrical engineering.
• Minimum five years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Fluent English; bilingual Spanish desired.
• Ability to train, direct and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist Plant Manager to direct plant operations including production, safety, quality and staffing.
• Train and direct staff to meet production goals and customer needs.
• Coordinate with planning, service and logistics to set production goals.
• Provide engineering support for process controls and maintenance.
• Ensure safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
