RiseMe is seeking a Plant Operations leader to support the Plant Manager in directing production, safety, quality, and staff relations. This role emphasizes training, resource allocation, and process improvements to meet business goals.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 5 years of supervision in manufacturing, with Spanish language skills preferred. Relocation, competitive salary, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

• Demonstrated ability to train, direct and motivate staff in production operations, focusing on safety, quality and efficiency.
• Five years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist Plant Manager to train and direct staff to manage plant operations safely and efficiently.
• Achieve company objectives in production, safety, quality, logistics.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure work environment.
• Coordinate with planning, customer service and logistics to meet production goals.
• Provide engineering support including process controls, preventive and emergency maintenance, and inventory.
• Monitor plant performance for production, quality, and safety targets.
• Lead staff and provide direction to meet company goals.
• Foster teamwork and continuous improvement.
