Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing/industrial operations.

• Strong understanding of production scheduling, KPIs, quality systems, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day plant operations focusing on safety, quality, production performance, and customer delivery.
• Coach and mentor a bilingual production team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage production schedules, prioritize work orders, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and implement corrective actions to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Lead Lean initiatives including daily management, root cause analysis, and 8D activities.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations to resolve production issues and improve workflow.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, ISO 9001 standards, and safety policies.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support training and growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead all day-to-day plant operations with responsibility for safety, quality, production performance, customer service, and overall operational efficiency.
• Develop, coach, and mentor a bilingual production team while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Manage production schedules, prioritize work orders, and ensure customer delivery commitments are met.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze production results, and implement corrective actions to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives including Gemba walks, daily management meetings, root cause analysis, and 8D problem-solving activities.
• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations teams to resolve production challenges and improve workflow.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, ISO quality standards, and company safety policies while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations, provide coaching and development, and support employee growth through ongoing training.
• Promote 5S and housekeeping initiatives while maintaining high operational standards throughout the facility.
• Review staffing, labor utilization, and plant performance to maximize productivity and operational success.
