We're seeking an experienced Assistant Plant Manager to help lead daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced food production environment. This role partners with the Plant Manager to drive safety, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion a safety-first culture and food safety compliance
• Lead production through KPI performance (Safety, Quality, OEE, Productivity, Cost)
• Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement
• Improve equipment reliability, reduce waste, and optimize operations
• Develop, coach, and engage production teams
• Support new product launches and cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience (food manufacturing preferred)
• Strong Lean/Continuous Improvement and operational leadership experience
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Spanish language skills are a plus
