Hire Consulting Services is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day plant operations in a complex manufacturing setting, preferably automotive supplier. You will drive continuous improvement, lead production teams, and ensure on-time delivery while achieving cost targets.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of Lean, and experience supporting new program launches. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Experience with problem-solving methodologies and KPIs.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Lead production teams to meet customer schedules and manufacturing requirements.
• Drive Lean initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, 5S) and operational efficiencies.
• Monitor labor efficiency, machine utilization, production performance, and costs.
• Develop Production Supervisors, Team Leaders, Technicians, and staff.
