Job summary

Maxcess International in Chicago seeks an International Cutting Die Plant Manager to lead all plant operations, safety, quality, and delivery while driving continuous improvement and profitability. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Finance to meet customer needs and business goals.

The successful candidate will oversee inventory, labor planning, and capital planning, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including plant management.
• Strong Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement background.
• Experience with budgeting and financial accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity objectives.
• Drive Lean initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Develop and execute operating plans aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Partner with sales, engineering, and supply chain to support operational objectives.
