Job summary

Qualifications

• Industrial/Mechanical engineering or related degree or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years in a corporate production environment with management exposure.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operation activities ensuring safety, timeliness, and cost efficiency.
• Lead staff and coordinate environmental compliance and equipment maintenance.
• Manage wastewater, sorting, finishing, and distribution activities.
• Monitor production levels and adjust to meet output targets.
• Collaborate with Market Center Management and Operation Support.
