Element Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager for its MAES facility in Connecticut. The role leads manufacturing, quality and maintenance, driving safety, efficiency and continuous improvement across all plant functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (chemical/industrial/related).
• Significant leadership experience in chemical or process manufacturing.
• Proven track record in operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Lead plant functions including manufacturing, warehousing, maintenance, planning, quality and support operations.
• Drive safety, quality, accountability, customer focus and continuous improvement.
• Deliver key metrics for safety, quality, productivity, service, inventory, cost and profitability.
• Align operations with company strategy, growth objectives and customer needs.
• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of the plant's Management Operating System (MOS).
• Develop leaders and teams, coaching and succession planning.
• Manage budgets, capital investments and ROI; communicate results regularly.
