Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. in Maplewood Park, IL is seeking a Production Leader to guide a team of entry-level employees and ensure customer demand is consistently met. You will lead Lean/5S initiatives, monitor performance, manage training, and develop contingencies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Unionized environment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Lead a team of entry-level production employees to meet customer demand.
• Coordinate daily production activities and distribution including local delivery routes.
• Ensure safety, quality, compliance; train employees in Linde Safety and Quality systems.
• Monitor production performance and manpower; develop contingencies.
• Identify operational challenges and lead improvements in processes, shift scheduling, and training.
• Manage equipment and inventory; support Lean and 5S; hazardous waste activities.
