Altium Packaging is seeking a Plant Manager for its York, PA facility to lead daily operations and deliver safety, quality and financial results. You will set manufacturing strategies, deploy processes and coaches leaders across shifts to meet production, cost and service goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years manufacturing experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• P&L experience and Lean manufacturing background.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional leadership across shifts.
• Proficiency in Excel for KPI reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations and develop plant manufacturing strategies.
• Champion safety culture and Lean continuous improvement.
• Ensure on‑time production scheduling and customer satisfaction.
• Coach and develop staff and hourly employees.
• Maintain inventory controls for FG and raw materials.
• Audit GMP compliance and maintain quality standards.
• Drive maintenance and capital projects.
• Lead new product launches with clear specs.
