Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations with responsibility for staffing, production, and safety across multiple departments.
• Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.
• Ensure OH&S compliance and incident prevention with weekly reporting.
• Develop and execute production schedules to meet on-time delivery.
• Manage supplier relationships and budget planning.
• Hire, coach, and evaluate staff to maintain high performance.
