Johnson Controls, via Silent-Aire, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team in a busy data center equipment plant. The role requires guiding a team to meet production goals, enforcing safety standards, and driving continuous improvement on the factory floor.

You will manage daily safety and quality processes, coordinate withshift staffing, conduct pre-shift meetings, and ensure timely RCA actions. This position operates on a 2pm–12:30am shift at our Gilbert, AZ site.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a manufacturing production supervisor or similar role.
• Experience enforcing safety policies and JHA compliance.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of employees to meet plant goals and production targets.
• Present safety messages and manage daily safety communications (Pre-Shift).
• Lead RCA and corrective actions for safety incidents.
• Ensure 24/7/14 incident reporting and timely investigation and corrective actions.
• Oversee attendance, timekeeping, and staffing levels; hold teams accountable to policy.
• Coordinate pre-shift meetings and communicate goals across teams.
• Support production floor with continuous improvement and training.
