Job summary

Carlisle Companies seeks a Plant Manager to lead overall manufacturing operations, safety, quality, and cost control at our Tooele, Utah facility. You’ll drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, manage budgeting and staffing, and partner with R&D, Engineering, and Logistics to meet production goals.

The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing/plant leadership, a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, and strong ERP/MS Office skills. Expect day shift with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business-related Area.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or plant operations.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations with focus on safety, quality and efficiency.
• Develop and coach a high-performing production team.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and resource planning.
• Implement Carlisle Operating System (COS) improvements.
• Coordinate with R&D, Engineering, and Logistics for continuous improvement.
