Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in a managerial role; may substitute for advanced degrees.
• 7–10 years in manufacturing, preferably sawmill/millwork.
• Strong knowledge of business, finance, quality control systems.
• Expertise in SQDCI, TPS, OTD, and CI initiatives.
• LEAN manufacturing and production process experience required.

Responsibilities

• Managing all plant operations.
• Overseeing safety and preventative maintenance programs.
• Coordinating all plant activities with Production and Departmental Managers.
• Developing, controlling, planning, and implementing the plant budget.
• Providing leadership and training to achieve corporate goals and KPIs.
• Hiring, training, developing, and appraising staff effectively.
