Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee overall manufacturing processes, safety performance, product quality, and facility operations. This role requires leadership across R&D, Engineering, Technical Services, Scheduling, Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics.

The manager will drive the Carlisle Operating System and ensure 7am–5pm hours with on-call support, plus possible weekend work. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business and 10+ years in

Responsibilities

Develop a manufacturing team to provide exceptional customer service with cost efficiency and high quality while maintaining safety.
Implement Lean Manufacturing and lead Carlisle Operating System initiatives at the facility.
Oversee inventory control, raw materials, finished goods, and implement audits for accuracy.
Create a positive, high-performance environment and guide staff to peak performance with respect and dignity.
Collaborate with Purchasing, EH&S, Engineering, HR, and corporate staff as the local expert for plant operations.
Utilize COS tools to identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
