Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives.
• Develop staffing, training, and retention plans; coach and develop supervisors.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean, 5S, root-cause analysis, and waste reduction.
