You will plan schedules, analyze equipment, and coordinate resources to meet production goals while managing costs and implementing sustainable improvements. The role requires a strong background in manufacturing leadership, lean six sigma, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration, with a hands-on, problem-solving approach to daily

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred in manufacturing/industrial management or related field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience with 5+ years in a managerial/leadership role.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience a plus.
• Roll up your sleeves, analytical, and forward-thinking.
• Day-to-day operations plus strategic leadership and resourcefulness.
• Requires math skills and ability to work in weather extremes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate operations across safety, production, maintenance and processing.
• Lead safe operations and advance a strong safety culture.
• Model and reinforce company values at all times.
• Analyze equipment efficiency and coordinate manpower needs.
• Prepare production schedules and communicate goals to departments.
• Manage department expenses and purchasing within budget.
• Implement process improvements using capital planning and MOC.
• Oversee inventory accuracy of raw materials and finished goods.
• Develop a cross-trained, flexible, productive workforce.
• Drive strategic and tactical improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Lead and train department managers, shift leads and production staff.
• Support R&D for equipment, products, and processes.
• Oversee corrective actions and training schedules as needed.
