Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive manufacturing/ops leadership.
• Experience leading supervisors and frontline employees; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet production requirements safely and on schedule.
• Provide leadership to Production Supervisors, Team Leads, and staff.
• Set daily production priorities based on customer needs and schedules.
• Monitor safety, quality, productivity, scrap, downtime, and attendance metrics.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Materials, and HR to improve plant performance.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and problem-solving.
• Ensure standard work, procedures, and adherence to policies.
• Support workforce planning, training, and staffing levels.
