ADVATIX - Advanced Supply Chain and Logistics is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our Leominster, MA food and beverage manufacturing operation. The role oversees production, quality, warehouse, and logistics to hit daily and weekly fulfillment targets while maintaining food safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will lead production teams, optimize workflows, manage schedules, and drive continuous improvement in a hands‑on capacity during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in food or beverage manufacturing operations.
• 2–3 years direct supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing production, quality, warehouse, and logistics.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation, GMP, HACCP, and quality requirements.
• Ability to coach and develop employees and emerging team leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production, quality, warehouse, and logistics operations to meet targets.
• Lead manufacturing, quality, logistics employees and temporary workers.
• Coordinate schedules, daily assignments, workflows, and priorities.
• Coach and develop potential team leads to strengthen leadership within the department.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, sanitation, GMP, HACCP, and safety requirements.
• Document SOPs and track operational performance metrics.
