Job summary

Brenntag North America, Inc. seeks a Plant Manager to oversee full cycle plant operations in Wisconsin, including blending, packaging, inventory and distribution of chemical products. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency and continuous improvement to meet customer demand.

You will lead production scheduling, train and develop staff, monitor equipment, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance while communicating performance trends to upper management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration or similar field is preferred; years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 6-8 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• 5 years of management experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong mathematical ability and computer skills including understanding of desktop applications
• Proven track record of safety and executing safety programs
• Experience with production scheduling and execution in a dynamic environment
