Job summary

MANE seeks a qualified Plant Manager II for its Ingredients Production Facility in Menomonee Falls, WI. This pivotal role guides plant strategy and safe, compliant operations to achieve long-term goals.

Ideal candidates hold a B.S. in Chemical Engineering with 8+ years in manufacturing and 5+ years of supervision, plus experience in fermentation/biotech and process transfer. Strong budgeting, teamwork, and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• 8 years of manufacturing experience with increasing responsibility.
• 5 years of supervisory experience leading a diverse cross-functional team.
• 5 years of biotechnology/fermentation plant experience (preferred 10 years).
• Experience with process transfer and scaling up.
• Experience in developing and managing a high-dollar annual plan and budget.
