Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct meetings with direct reports individually and in regularly scheduled team meetings.
• Proactively communicate business and department results (performance to established metrics, financial results, and general business information).
• Ensure effective schedule execution across a three-shift operation.
• Plan ahead to ensure full utilization of resources.
• Develop and maintain a work schedule that provides appropriate exposure to all shifts of direct reports.
• Ensure team communication between departments.
