Job summary

Vestis is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee daily production activities at the market center, ensuring safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness. You will manage staff, coordinate maintenance and environmental compliance, and drive on-time output in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include supervising the maintenance team, improving safety and efficiency, and partnering with Market Center Management to meet goals within budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Minimum post-secondary education in industrial/mechanical engineering, technology or related field.
• 4–6 years of corporate production experience with management responsibility.
• Proven track record of increasing responsibility with business results.
• Strong ability to build cross-department relationships and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production plant operations in a safe, timely, cost-effective manner.
• Supervise maintenance and ensure equipment, energy and wastewater processing efficiency.
• Lead safety programs and ensure compliance with environmental standards.
• Drive production goals and analyze P&L impact with market center leadership.
