Job summary

Trademark Recruiting/Consulting seeks an Operations Manager for a print/graphics plant in Florida. You will lead a team of 3 leads and up to 150 staff, drive production goals, and ensure safety, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include staff training, process improvements, and maintaining shipping/receiving operations. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in printing/manufacturing management, understand P&L, and can pass a Level 2 background check.

Qualifications

5+ years of management experience in a printing/manufacturing or distribution environment.
Must understand the P&L statement.
Must pass a Level 2 Background Check.

Responsibilities

Oversee manufacturing production processes and ensure weekly production schedules are met.
Train workers in tools and techniques and safety/quality standards.
Monitor productivity, resolve problems, and implement new procedures.
Lead development and modification of new methods and equipment.
Serve as SME for process changes, quality audits, and customer-facing processes.
Communicate program status to internal and client staff.
Navigate PRI computer systems proficiently.
Ensure compliance with rules during shipping and receiving.
