The incumbent will manage budgets, develop a high-performing team, and collaborate with commercial partners to pursue growth opportunities, ensuring customer needs are met with operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive operations management experience in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Strong budgeting, strategic planning, and resource allocation knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams through change.
