Job summary

Resource Label Group, LLC (RLG) is hiring a Plant Manager for ourBrooklyn Center, MN Operations team. You will lead day-to-day activities, drive safety and employee engagement, and oversee overall plant performance to meet growth goals.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in manufacturing operations, a strong budget and leadership track record, and excellent communication skills to influence cross-functional teams. This on-site role offers a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive operations management experience in manufacturing with safety, quality and financial responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong budgeting and financial management experience with cost controls.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams through change.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt style to audience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations to align with business plans and strategic vision.
• Oversee production improvements to meet short- and long-term objectives.
• Build a high-performing team with clear performance standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and change management.
• Collaborate with commercial partners to identify growth opportunities.
• Work with cross-functional leaders to serve customer needs.
• Develop Continuous Improvement decks and Capital Expenditure plans.
• Identify and resolve problems promptly with effective solutions.
