Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive operations management experience in manufacturing with direct responsibility for safety, quality, reliability, production, and financial results.
• Label, Printing, or Packaging industry experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct day-to-day operations to execute business plans aligned with company goals and strategic vision.
• Oversee and drive improvements in production to meet short-term and long-term objectives.
• Build a high-performing team by establishing strong performance standards and developing team members.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives tied to the strategic direction; execute change management.
• Collaborate with commercial/sales to identify facility growth opportunities and maintain key accounts relationships.
• Work with cross-functional leaders to best serve customer needs.
• Develop and maintain Continuous Improvement decks and Capital Expenditure plans.
• Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and implement solutions.
