Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a manufacturing/construction environment.
• Strong understanding of the production process of trusses and wall panels.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all areas of the plant ensuring quality, safety, and service.
• Develop a budget and execute plans to meet financial goals.
• Identify and implement staff training and development programs.

Skills

Management experience in manufacturing/construction

Understanding of trusses and wall panels production

Knowledge of manufacturing methods and process improvements

Knowledge in scheduling and shipping methods

Problem analysis and troubleshooting

Exceptional communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
