Job summary

Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company, seeks an experienced Plant Manager to oversee all production facility activities. The role focuses on mining, grinding pozzolan materials, fly ash processing, and maintaining equipment supporting operations.

Lead start-up projects, drive safety and quality, optimize processes, and develop metrics tying to plant efficiency. You will collaborate with QC, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure conformance to specifications and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Engineering or technical degree preferred.
• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Knowledge of lean tools: 5S, visual management, root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with OSHA/MSHA safety requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee startup and operating procedures for production facility.
• Lead shift production teams: safety, quality, schedule adherence, labor efficiency, waste management, maintenance, cost.
• Improve plant efficiency through process optimization and KPI development.
• Collaborate with QC to ensure product quality per specifications.
• Coordinate with suppliers and end users to meet production requirements.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and timely repairs of equipment.
