Job summary

Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the production department in Franklin, TX. Drive safe, efficient manufacturing and on-time shipment while aligning with company goals and quality standards.

You will partner with maintenance, quarry, quality, and process teams to ensure operations meet budget and performance targets, and collaborate with marketing to understand demand. This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years in a functional operations role.
• Experience with SAP or Maximo is preferred.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety policies and procedures.
• Manage production areas and develop SOPs, train staff, implement operations systems.
• Direct shift production teams on safety, quality, schedule adherence, labor efficiency, waste, maintenance, and cost.
• Optimize processes to improve plant efficiencies; develop KPIs and metrics linked to performance.
• Coordinate with QC to ensure product quality meets customer and market expectations.
• Provide leadership and coaching to department staff; support plant manager planning.
