Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company, seeks an Operations Manager to lead the production department in Franklin, TX, ensuring safe, efficient manufacturing and on-time shipping of budgeted volumes while meeting quality standards.

You will partner with maintenance, quarry and QC to drive continuous improvement, develop SOPs, coaches staff, and align operations with plant and company goals. This full-time role requires strong leadership and lean methodology experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in a functional operations role.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead production department to meet safety, environmental, and quality goals.
• Develop SOPs, train staff, and implement operations systems.
• Direct shift production for safety, quality, schedule adherence, and costs.
• Improve plant efficiency through process optimization and KPI development.
• Ensure product quality with QC and customer/market expectations.
• Oversee asset use and personnel effectively.
• Partner with maintenance, quarry, and quality teams.
• Plan budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of department performance.
• Support hiring and build a high-performing team.
• Adhere to 5S, visual management, and continuous improvement.
