Gruma Corporation in Minnesota seeks a Plant Manager to oversee production, maintenance, and administration, ensuring GMP/HACCP compliance and safety. You will drive continuous improvement, manage costs, and lead an Operations Management Team to meet budgets and customer expectations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years in manufacturing leadership, with strong regulatory and financial management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Two years of experience in manufacturing management or a related leadership role.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams to improve efficiency and quality.
• Familiarity with FDA/OSHA/EPA/USDA regulations and quality systems.
• LEAN manufacturing exposure in a large-scale environment.
• Financial management including budgeting and ROI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Directs coordination of all manufacturing departments to meet objectives.
• Promotes safety and leads safety programs and compliance with GMP/HACCP.
• Ensures safe working environment and responsible for plant financial results.
• Prepares annual manufacturing budget and analyzes costs for improvements.
• Drives continuous improvement projects and cost reductions.
• Serves as liaison between upper management and the plant.
• Mentors and develops subordinates and leads strategic planning.
