Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and follow-up plans to accomplish departmental goals and objectives.
• Perform safety and sanitation audits and participate in safety, quality and food safety committees.
• Conduct training sessions for department employees.
• Monitor and ensure work order system operations; address safety and food safety orders promptly.
• Ensure equipment safety and OSHA compliance.
• Maintain and improve the preventive maintenance program and schedule.
• Train mechanics and production personnel in troubleshooting techniques.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
