Job summary

GRN High Plains is seeking a Plant Manager for its Southern Minnesota site to lead a regulated food manufacturing operation. You will own safety, quality, cost, and service from dock to customer, with a full department-head team reporting to you.

Relocation is available; you will develop a 12-month plan, drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, and partner with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to improve throughput and asset reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–10+ years of progressive manufacturing or processing leadership in a food-regulated environment.
• Experience leading multiple departments and improving safety performance.

Responsibilities

• Own and run a food-regulated plant site with full leadership.
• Lead safety, quality, cost, and service from dock to customer.
• Develop a 12-month site plan with clear targets for safety, quality, cost and throughput.
• Lead OSHA, EPA, and process safety (PSM) compliance.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma or operational excellence initiatives to improve productivity.
