Job summary

APC, Inc. is seeking an experienced plant operations leader to manage daily manufacturing activities at our Arkansas facility.

You will direct production scheduling, lead safety programs, and coordinate across sales, engineering, quality, and HR to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations producing high‑quality products. The role requires a 4‑year degree and 8+ years in process manufacturing with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity; bilingual candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience in a process manufacturing environment.
• Minimum five years of leadership/management experience.
• Bilingual candidate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the plant production schedule and lead daily production meetings.
• Coordinate production with other departments and functions.
• Develop and maintain plant policies and procedures for operations.
• Direct purchasing of materials to meet customer timeframes.
• Ensure implementation of food safety and quality programs.
