Qualifications

• BS/BA in Management or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years operations/management experience, preferably in laundry operations or large-scale plants.
• Ability to motivate, influence, and train people.
• Bilingual skills a plus (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Produce reports for Weekly Operating Report, Key Indicators, Payroll and Human Resources.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate services to meet company goals.
• Forecast workforce on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to meet budget, volume and customer needs.
• Establish and control conditions of production to satisfy customer and quality specifications.
• Direct shift managers in operating strategies and plans.
• Organize workflow to satisfy production and service requirements cost-effectively.
• Develop improvements to the production process and drive year-over-year productivity gains.
• Maintain safety and morale; ensure safe and efficient working environments.
• Present data and solutions to internal and external customers.
