Job summary

CMC is seeking a hands-on Plant Operations Leader to manage safe, efficient production of precast products at our Virginia facilities. You will oversee daily activities, coordinate with department managers, and ensure maintenance programs maximize reliability and minimize costs.

Responsibilities

Lead safe and efficient plant operations, ensuring production of high-quality precast products.
Implement and sustain the company safety program, including training, audits, and safety procedures.
Coordinate all plant activities with department managers to meet production goals on time and within budget.
Oversee maintenance and preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability.
Monitor and manage plant performance related to output, quality, labor, and costs.
Maintain facilities and equipment; recommend repairs or upgrades as needed.
Provide leadership, coaching, and development to production personnel, promoting safety and continuous improvement.
