CMC, a Fortune 500® company, is hiring for a production operator in our facilities. You will operate heavy equipment, work with a team to ensure productivity, and participate in daily shift meetings to review progress and receive feedback.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a heavy industrial setting, with the ability to stand long hours and lift up to 50 pounds. Training and advancement opportunities are provided to help you grow within the organization.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in a heavy industrial environment preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders.
• Excellent communication in written and verbal form required.

Aufgaben

• Operate production machines following established procedures and guidelines.
• Work in a team to promote productivity.
• Attend daily shift meetings to measure progress and obtain feedback.
• Inspect outgoing material for accuracy.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and equipment.
• Crosstrain on multiple machines.
• Participate in CMC Safety Programs and uphold safety culture.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
