Job summary

ADM in Harvard, IL seeks a Plant Superintendent to lead day-to-day operations across all departments. You will focus on compliance with SQE regulations, resource prioritization, and achieving performance goals.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will mentor staff, manage priorities, and support budget considerations while ensuring safety and efficiency at the site in Harvard, Illinois.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in feed science manufacturing, engineering or related field preferred.
• MBA is a plus for advancement and strategy.
• ADM requires successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

• Active, hands-on involvement within the facility covering production, bagging, warehouse and delivery issues.
• Support Readiness and drive short- and long-term priorities with urgency and collaboration.
• Mentor and coach colleagues, conduct performance and policy audits.
• Develop colleagues through regular performance and development touch bases.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, trust and early escalation of issues.
